Delete Array Confirmation

For all the people that are using the Japanese firmware update, you may know of the page that appears asking when trying to delete a shared folder or array. This page is simply a "Are you really really sure you want to do this" type of page. It contains a four digit number and a text box that you have type the number into as confirmation.

I have found the page and edited it to show English instructions. It's not a translation of the Japanese, just a best guess.
