• Foonas is an openembedded-based distro targeting NAS-devices, especially devices with an internal disk. foonas aims to be a good replacement for vendor software - with better tuning, more flexibility and less unwanted features.
  

The supported devices include:

• Buffalo LinkStation HD (MIPSel)
• Buffalo LinkStation HD (PowerPC) and Kurobox
• Buffalo LinkStation HG (PowerPC), LinkStation HS-DGL and Kurobox HG

Devices that hopefully will be supported soon:

• Buffalo LinkStation LS-GL (ARM) and Linkstation HS-DHGL
• Kurobox Pro
