Unlike the Kurobox's cousin, the LinkStation, the Kurobox does not come with a hard drive. The Kurobox supports IDE hard drives.

Instead of a standard IDE hard drive, you can use a different storage medium.

Compact Flash

Using an IDE to CompactFlash adapter, you can use this solid state device to store your data. There are no special drivers required, and the CompactFlash will be seen by the Kurobox as a regular hard drive.
