Recovering Data from Terastation Raid array

I have tried the PPC Ubuntu method on a G5 and a G4, but I cannot get it to detect the raid array.

I have managed to browse the files on a Windows PC using UFS explorer, but I am not sure that I am putting the drives in the right order, as when I look at it I get 2 XFS partitions and 2 unknown partitions.

If I browse the smaller XFS partition (0.36gb) I can see a standard linux folder structure.

If I browse the larger XFS partition (148.38gb), then I get an "Unable to read the directory" error...

Any ideas?
