Welcome This community-driven site is geared towards Buffalo Technology/Melco's amazing Network-attached storage (NAS) devices called the Linkstation, Kurobox and Terastation. Notice that this page is totally unrelated to the producer. There are currently several models available, so click on the links on the right to find out which variant you have. There are several custom firmwares such as Debian, Gentoo, Foonas, and Openlink that will give you unix shell access to your device. Happy Christmas!Fri, 25 Dec 2009 20:48:27 NAS Central would like to wish all its users merry Christmas and a happy new year! A review of the new Thecus N2200 is up and not looking too good here at smallnetbuilder.com – also linuxdevices.com have a bit of information up about the Synology DS210j. Do you have a bit of spare time over the festive period? Help us by documenting any useful information you have in the wiki for your manufacturer – thanks! More Site UpdatesFri, 18 Dec 2009 22:28:46 We updated a few bits this week:
