I need help, I don't know if this will show in places anyone will see.

I talked my boss into buying a TeraStation. When I gave it to the IT guys to incorporate into the network, the workorder got lost, yadayadayada... anyway... now I can't figure out what admin password I gave it.

We've tried pressing the little button in the back but it's not working.

How can I reset to the factory default of admin:password?
